"Keith was amazing and very helpful in the whole process. He made sure I had the best unit available through all my reservation confusions. I didn’t realize I had already reserved a unit and the next day paid for a unit. He called me and checked to make sure I knew what I did and transferred the best unit to my rental from my reservation. It was a great process and I would suggest Sunbelt Self Storage to anyone."

"One of the smoothest processes I've ever had renting, In one call I was able to set up my appointment with the specific unit i wanted. Despite only renting for a couple of months, Sunbelt allowed me to utilize a special which discounts two months in half. Zero complaints about the pricing.
The facility is clean, and very well kept, though what stood out from Sunbelt is their customer service. Both Carol and Keith at the front desk were polite and thorough in regard to which papers I needed to sign, and how they came to the price of my unit.
The internet had been down during my visit and it seemed to be a inconvenient day for both Carol and Keith, though it did not stop them from being incredibly pleasant during the renting procedures.

The facility is one storey with sooooper wide aisle with both climate controlled and non climate controlled. Carol the manager keeps the facilty immaculate and the customer service is awesome.
